map instantiation order

Is the map instantiation order used for anything but tagging (first or last bot of same team team tagging counts) or picking up the same resource (same team) in the current version?

1. If 2 or more bots are at the same distance and qualify for closest or furthest
2. If 2 or more bots have the same health value and percentage and qualify for weakest/weakest ratio or strongest/strongest ratio
3. If 2 or more bots have the same shield value and percentage and qualify for weakest shield/weakest shield ratio or strongest shield/strongest shield ratio
4. If 2 or more bots have the same shield and health values and qualify for strongest/weakest health+shield (idk if this checks for ratios first)
