unresolved matches while none are "new"

Hey guys, on the android version of Gladiabots, it won't let me do new ranked multiplayer games because it says I have unresolved matches. None of my played matches have the "new" icon and I re-watched the last 2 battles a couple of times but it still won't let me start a new match.
Does anyone know what's up?

Your latest match didn't get the result. I fixed it manually, your should be able to play now.

I think I am having a similar issue again, now the latest match is "new", but it won't let me watch it, I can't click the play button. As a result again I get the unresolved match message. Is this caused by the same error?
