CPU proof of concept

Basic proof of concept of a CPU. Could be expanded to actually do something useful. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

The top part is the ROM + Program counter (only 2-bit atm). Bottom right with the ally base is a program control. A is to add, B to write.

The ROM has a program that adds fibonacci up to 21 using a loop. It doesn't stop.

This copies the output of the adder to one of the 'registers' (ally MG or ally sniper) if the write bit is set.
