Resource pick up distance is too wide

It's arguable if this is a strategy or a bug.

There is a faster way of transporting a Resource and, as Conscious pointed out, this also masks that you're carrying a resource, so this is either OP or a bug to me.

No hard feelings to our young master TCT for pulling up this beautiful thing tho.

Yeah teleporting resources, watch slomo or even fastforward.

But its just the "dribling" strategy to 'disable' bots from 'identifying' or 'detecting' any bot that is carrying a resources and securing it to their base.

I dont know when it got wide spread, but its commonly used as 'victory dance' as observed.
And maybe theres no way of removing this, thus decreasing the resource pickup to "0.3-5 radius"?(dunno bout this stuff) looks like the current one is 1.0,
Dribbling will still exist.

I'm all for keeping a moving version of dribbling in the game, but the teleporting resources seems kinda ridiculous to keep

Maybe can add a animation to the grabbing process, let it seen not that ridiculous, But I am totally alright if decreasing the resource pick up radius.

It's great that you spot this, but the game is still in Alpha and maybe this is not working as GFX expected. Let's see what he says.
