Collision between hostile units not checked in Sandbox only

When testing in Sandbox, hostile units can be stacked on top of each other.
Friendly units still check for collision.

This bug can not be recreated in regular battles though. (We tested this in private matches)

I can not attach the logfile here in the forum (.htm is not an allowed extension)
So to reproduce:
- Make a bot with a single node "move to res".
- Create a 1on1 Sandbox, both sides get the same AI (it doesnt matter which class, it also happens if they arrive at different times)
- watch
-> Bots get stacked on the res

We tested it on a random map in a private battle, with 3 bots idling, one of each side moving at the center res. In this case the bots collided and did not stack.
