Incoming update on tags

Since instant tagging is implemented, exclusive tagging (remove and replace existing tags) is not required anymore as it can be done manually in the same tick.
So I'll remove the "(exclusive) tag" actions from the game and replace them with the "add tag" ones in your AIs.
I'll keep the "tag" name.
This should simplify the whole system for everyone.

So be ready for some additional tweaking on the next update.

little speedy request.

a "remove all tags on entity X" would be possible?
I am yet very far from using tags, but I guess it could help.

Well thinking about it, it could be just "if entity type tagged X remove" so maybe it is already possible, I did not check.

untag all tagged X, though, does not distinguish the entity (base, enemy, ally, resource, etc.)
