Does putting subtrees on subtrees work?

-limits/ristrictions
E.g subtrees on subtrees on subtress on and on.

-And if i put
e.g
SubtreeA to SubtreeB to SubtreeC
But subtreeC has SubtreeA on it.
(Snake biting its tail paradox)

-results to?
Successfully executed
Crash
Lag
Error
Or just broken game

(That was just the 'ai count' limiting to 50, *sigh and infinite loops.)

Back when i always wanted to match nullpointer because i rarely do.

Now I just tasted it, just fed him back to his natural habitat.
Lost 7+ games with test ais :| gg sir.
Indeed was really good.
(But this aint the dark side for me 3:)

After playing a lot with the subtrees and deploying around 20 matches, I can't find any issues with Alpha 6.

This was a massive improvement, it's much easier to enhance the AIs now without boilerplate. My only concern is that while subtrees encourage granularity, the low limit of AIs at 50 discourage it.

Will you release it this weekend?

So, if subtrees are released, it will make NullPointer stronger. Conclusion: either you release it and he gets to play with one less bot on every map (to make it fair) or you don't release it :mrgreen:

I do not think so because nullpointer creates a lot of AIs, so he will have overhead of management.

'Kay. I checked. The AI chooses a Sub-Tree only if the Sub-Tree has a valid Action or another Sub-Tree with a valid Action. In case of recursion the Sub-Tree is marked Red and De-Activated. So, no problemo, Dr D!
Fixes break an AI more than bugs do. :ugeek:

Wait, no AI limit anymore? It is gonna to be Christmas! it is also interesting how people would report crashes in the case the number of AI loaded are too much (I imagine something calling 10 subtrees).

Not sure how GFX feels about this so he may just want to remove it but here's a copy of alpha 6 that can be dual installed on Android devices next to another gladiabots. This way people can play both 5.3 and 6 if they want to test alpha 6
