Unreachable branches in your AI

from viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1495 and discord

Since we're on the topic of feature requests.
This would be fantastic, something along the lines of: "This node [tree] is unreachable"

Tip from discord (how many tips are lost there :cries: ): use a tag that is added only in a branch that you suspect will never trigger, if you never see that tag for a 20-30 matches, remove the branch.

Nice tip!

Would it be an idea to add this (and the many tips that are drowned out in discord) to a "best practices" / "useful practices" page on the wiki ? I found a lot if already really useful information there. Especially considering the release on the 9th, I'm sure it will see an influx of visitors.

Yes, the wiki has already that page the point is that nice tips exposed in chat means: people wants to explain them quickly, someone else has to do the editing work.

Feel free to contribute!

I don't like chats exactly because the nice parts are quickly buried and repeated. Unless there would be a chat log somewhere that can be browsed easily.

I didn't know I could contribute to the wiki, I'll make sure to give it a look!

As far as I'm concerned discord does have a search function to browse things, but I totally understand your sentiment.
