Gfx can voting period be longer than the creation time? 48 hours? Or x3 even.



Guys I know how to exploits gfx system.

If you voters would put a certain number limit of the map you like,

Lets say 5 remain it five ;)

Map1: 5votes
Map2: 5votes
Map3: 5 votes
Map4: 4votes
Map5: 4votes
Map6: 2votes

3 maps would win and gonna be added to the game.
1 would be added on the ranks officially
Do the same in tie breakers.

Would make no difference. There are 31 Voters in total. The creator will vote for all his maps, but 30 other people will vote different. (top map will get around 15 votes and will be easy to spot)

If everyone can only vote once, the creator will still vote for one of his creations. The point is that top maps will get around 5 votes. (what is hard to evaluate)

I suggest a multiple choice poll for preselecting the top maps and after this a single choice poll with 3-7 maps if necessary.

I dont know for you but when i read the file, the last 6 maps have disappeared.

How was the new seven wonder ?

Iy really bad if we done the vote without showing all the map...

GFX, do you have a way to send in-game annoncement? To let people know that an important vote is ongoing on the forum. Probably many players never come to the forum.

Oh please not siren's peril ! We have enough maps where you start just in front of your opponent, like barred spirals...

Plus, this map can't be good, because there is absolutely no way retreating can be good. Too much RNG involved.

I second that. To small map with no retreatment. That's Stone paper scissor. Not much fun.

If this map does get picked, the map boundary will probably get increased. Also, unlike barred spiral, your units will be starting at medium range rather than close.

(I used the same map size for all my maps because i didnt know how to choose larger maps.)

All maps have the same size (50x50), the small templates are just their for tight initial layouts.
In the end a small layout will take place in the same arena as existing maps.

IMO the maps "Dominance" and "Lake Rushtown" (and many more) will be optimal Miojo-"pushing instead of gatering" maps.
