That's actually rather straight forward.
It just counts the filtered entities.
Exists didn't change, it's still true when count is equal or greater than 1.
Tell me if something is not clear.

IMO this is a task for the community, gfx47 needs to program or play his game and not to document for the wiki. ;)

Well I disagree.

While it is true that if GFX leaves hints there and there the community can collect them and organize them, a proper product has the product and "how to use it".

Sure with some products one can figure out how do they work, but a good documentation is part of a good product.

GFX47 could you have a look at the Matchmaking rules. Chilio stated that there is a max league score delta (400 points?) within one league. Is this correct? Is it filtered under point 2 or 3?

I don't think so.
(milkhunter)
Ranked 29.9.2017, 13:50:17 786601 WildLynx (1824) 2294 +1 Kingmaker (Erik)
(470 points of difference)

I mean sometimes we have enough information to check by ourselves.

There could be a limit > 400. Only GFX could know.

The limit is not: actual league + or - 100?

This is the limit if the league of the 2 players differs. The question is if there is a inner league limit. It was there in the past IIRC.

I think there no more inner league limit, so the limit is just actual league (and + or - 100 in other league if you are at high rank or low rank of your league)

There's no inner league limit.

In theory yes. In practice I am so interested in the matchmaking that I follow ever post about it and I never read something like that. For this I said a quick check would have been enough.

My fault. Perhaps Chilio (and me) got confused here, here, here, here or here.

Someone is interested in this rule. :D :) ;)

But those are all requests, not actual statements from gfx.

I wrote often (and I guess I will write) that one league with dynamic boundaries +/- 400 points would be good given the limited playerbase. More than 400 points is almost useless, less than 400 points -> actual leagues are better.

You did a good job. Only there should not be many pages with only one or two sentences. Will try to consolidate them to one or 2 pages.

You could combine ai everything underneath AI editor. Nodes should be under ai editor. Action and combination nodes should be under Nodes. I'm not very good at substructuring a single page.

you can use the wikipedia policy that is pretty neat. Do a page and make sections, only when the page is very long (for example 10'000 bytes, wikipedia is around 50'000) you take away sections in subpages.

Could we increase visibility of tooltips. Currently tooltips are hard to spot on mobiles. I would prefer an icon right beside the text, that has a tooltip. Perhaps try this one: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SimpleTooltip

It looks like they can contain an icon in the tooltip.
