Aiming filter

I know there is a trello ticket for this, but maybe some specific idea can help prioritize this feature.

My proposal is about values for aiming filter:
"Not aiming"
"0-25%"
"25-50%"
"50-75%"
"75-100%"
"Firing"

Values represent state of aiming at the beginning of the tick.

Pros:
Most use cases are covered, eliminating the need for counting.
Values play well with values of existing "shield/health" filters.
Values change exactly between ticks for all bots, except assault.

I found aiming as an important peace of decision making for bot AIs, and above doesn't sound extremely difficult to implement..

Same thing about "Shield recharging". I found these 2 to be related to each other, so don't want to create another thread.

Values for "time passed to start recharging" filter might be:
"0-25%"
"25-50%"
"50-75%"
"75-100%"
"Recharging"

I don't think there is a need for 6th value here. There is a shield filter to distinguish "fully recharged" state.

P.S: There is one more ticket somewhat related, but from my perspective it doesn't add any value to the game anymore, and can be safely removed from trello.
