Wow, okay, just for fun I also clicked 10-second-rewind (going from 1:51 to 2:01), and it also declared a victory for you! Definitely a bug! (Steam version of game.)

I just viewed match 1513213 and it's as you described. Your shotgun is killed at 1:55 remaining, then the opponent kills your other 3 bots and scores the final resource for a 3-2 win.

No, bots don't count themselves as allies. For example, if all 4 of your bots were carrying resources, then allies carrying resources would return 3.

And regarding team size, in multiplayer unranked you can play up to 9 vs 9, but it's 4 vs 4 for everything else.

There are two types of tags, personal and team. Bots can't see each other's personal tags. So your bot#2 has no idea that the other bot tagged himself 1. It's because in other games the 15% represents a probability, but it doesn't here. For example, if your bot hits 10% of the time, that means your first 9 bullets will always miss and your 10th bullet will always hit, even if the bullets are fired at different targets.

Found it. Although the machinegun displays that he is attacking, he was taking a step forward at the start of that tick (taking him in to medium range), so my AI thinks he's moving.

So nevermind, no bug here. Thanks for checking.

Okay, finally got time to test this, sorry for delay. In editor launched from main menu, FPS remains a constant 40FPS regardless of whether I'm editing an AI with 1 node or 30. Launched mid-game, it's now a constant 35FPS. I'm not seeing the FPS drop over time. Task manager stats are same as before....
