Hmm... I took a second look at the stats, and it seems as though mumpsimus is the only player with a notably higher level of activity. The majority of other players actually still doesn't seem to be all that much better than what they were before the change to matchmaking
 One question I have: if I queue a deployment, and then another one, will other players automatically only get matched against my newest deploy, or will both deploys be out there? I'm also not entirely clear how the 10 deployments limit and pushing several deploys of the exact same AI work in...

I would believe that the large increase you was expecing (based on what happened for version 11) didn't happen either because not many bother with the forums or RC versions or that one might be tired out of updates. Either that or some just flat out left the game and didn't look back
